McKinnon's industrial epoxy flooring is a 100% solids, zero-VOC concrete coating engineered for the toughest floors — warehouses, manufacturing plants, auto service and residential garages, commercial kitchens, restaurants, and retail. It cures to a seamless, high-gloss surface with roughly 12,000 PSI compressive and 8,000 PSI tensile strength that resists cracking, chipping, chemicals, and hot-tire pickup.
We've manufactured concrete coatings for over 50 years and produce this line ourselves — so you buy factory-direct from the source, with a technical team that knows the chemistry. Contractors and facilities buy direct with no territory or distributor markup; many DIY customers succeed too, though we recommend a McKinnon Certified installer for large or commercial jobs.

Our epoxy is formulated with high UV resistance, and paired with our topcoats it reaches maximum UV resistance — so high-gloss commercial and garage floors hold their color instead of ambering over time.
