Water – Borne Epoxy Primer features:
Ultra-low VOC — less than 50 grams per liter can contribute to LEED points
- Extended pot life is 2- 4 hours
- High gloss / same as our epoxy or High Performance Urethanes (HPU)
- Fast dry and cure times / 2-3 hours to sand or recoat. Light foot traffic 6 – 12 hour. Full cure takes 2 – 4 days
- Freeze/thaw stability (passes 3+ cycles: 5°C to 23°C
- Viscosity 300 – 500 (roll on ready) or can be reduced with water.
- Colors available clear and standard colors
- Mix ratio 4 to 1

- Bond strength > 480psi
- Volume of solids 54 to 58%
